As you can see this hat is well worn. it’s my go to hat on duty and fits great even on long days. i like how it hasn’t stretched out and still fits like new. the logo design process was also simple. and when i re-ordered for new people on my group the process was seamless with great communication from the team at West Broad. Highly recommend led product!
Excellent Craftsmanship, quick delivery and wonderful attention to detail!

I have bought a total of 5 of the hose hats. Bought 2 for myself and 3 as gifts and we all love them.
This hat is amazing, From the material to the fit. This hat trumps all other hats I have currently and wear it around everywhere. Absolutely recommend these guys, the customer service alone is phenomenal.

These turned out amazing! This was the Christmas gift to the crew at my husband's station, Station 13 with SJFD. They all loved them!
They're comfortable to wear. They fit amazing and they're just a good product in general to wear with your station number and apparatus.
I visited the website and customized the hat effortlessly. I called to inquire about the shipping date and was assured that it would arrive by Christmas. To my delight, the hats arrived a week before Christmas, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. We will definitely be ordering again.
The hat was exactly what I wanted. The colors were excellent, top quality material. Delivery was faster than expected as well.

Love that hat overall. The only thing I could say negative is that the 0 seems to be smaller than the 2. Otherwise it's a great hat

Ordered two new WB hats and they both turned out exactly how I wanted them to and fit and look great! The new design model system is awesome and gets pretty close to what the real thing will look like. If you’re ever unsure just go through pics of other hats to give you a more accurate idea.
Store owner replied: Ryan, thanks for the review and for sharing. We appreciate you being a legacy customer of West Broad and it's always good to see some OG's on the front bumper. Thanks for repping the job and thanks for repping the West Broad Brand. Appreciate you!
