Shipping & Return Policies
- All items are made to order so completion times may vary. After your payment is verified, it may take up to 4 weeks to process, produce and ship your order. This does not apply to weekends or holidays. Please note we are not open on the weekends. If your order is placed on a Friday, after 5pm-Sunday, your order will not be printed until Monday morning.
- Your items will be shipped standard USPS First Class and/or USPS Priority Mail which generally carries a 3 day or less delivery time once your items leave the shop.
- You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your item(s) are packaged and awaiting carrier pickup. (Be sure to enter a valid email address at checkout.)
- We take much pride in ourselves on our commitment to the quality of our products and most importantly you the customer. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or Hose Patch within 180 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or supply an exchange for the same value of your original purchase.
- Unworn and Unwashed (All hats sold by West Broad Apparel are Hand Wash items only! Machine washed items will not be entitled to replacement.) items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of purchase. There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All of our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
- Exchanges for equal value, defective returns and store credit have no additional charge.
