Juan Berenguer, as simple as it is with this picture on a piece of cardboard, has actually motivated me to get back to understanding why I love the fire service so much. There are so many things that seem to pull a firefighter away from what the truth about the fire service today. Let’s keep the most important things the most important things. Let’s BE LIKE JUAN. Love the job, cherish your time on the job, earn your spot, be professional, and the hell with anything that’s keeping us from doing the right thing.
So, my question is this; What will we do with the inheritance we want to give to our families? (Our families and our firehouse families) What will we do with our most prized possession, our time? Step one is to stop taking it for granted.

In partnership with the Greenville Firefighter's Association, we were able to raise over $1,600 this year towards the fight against breast cancer. We presented the check earlier this month to Susan G. Komen South Carolina in the Cancer Survivor's Park in Downtown Greenville, SC.
One of our biggest orders to date is from our friend Kyle Baker over at From the Ground Up. We've had the privilege of getting to know him and his brand's mission over the last few months and knew we had to give him a shout out - especially since his online store officially launched this month!
