Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 93 reviews.
absolutely love the products I have gotten from west broad, from hats to T-shirts to bags. All amazing products. Thank y'all for keeping quality as main priority along with speedy service.
Had this custom hat made for my recent Dx of Prostate Cancer and they knocked it outa the park The light. Blue for Prostate cancer is perfect and I turned 54 when I received the Dx. So this hate means so much to me. The quality the look. Just amazing. Thank you. So. Much. Eric
I'm brand new to the professional firefighting world. Had a few of these made for my crew when I received my station assignment. My captain immediately called the BC and put in a formal request to wear them on duty (approved). Now I'm being asked left and right by other crews if I can get them one. Who needs good social skills when you can order WB hose hats and instantly be "the guy"? Seriously, though... great product, great team.
Very good quality, turn around time was great. No complaints!
Love it, it fits great and looks great. And super quick turn around I got my hat in 2 weeks
Love the hat. Just ordered one for my son as well. I had to so I could get mine back.

Great hat to represent our community!
I have purchased several hats from West Broad and have been very pleased with them.

This hat has gotten sammy looks and everyone wants one!!
Great job guys! Im trying to get my department on board with these.
This is the second hat I've ordered in two different styles. These hats are quality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to the next person.
The hat is very very comfortable!! 10/10
Love my hat looks great and feels great thanks guys
Came across the add for it on FB so I took a look. The website was super easy to navigate and it wasnt expensive like some hat/shirt companies. Even with the overload they received, I got both hats relatively quick! Few of the guys from the station loved them as well! Cant wait to order more!
Awesome hat more of my fire department is looking in to getting one. I love it, it fits good and is what I wanted.
Very nice hat! Have only had it a week or so but seems very well made and is very comfortable.
Great hat!! True to size and stitching was perfect. Highly recommend
Came out better than expected and the additional embroidery made the hat even better.
I can’t say enough about the customer service. Through a mixup with my which, I believe was made when I computer generated the images of the hat, I ordered navy blue but received black. West Broad went above and beyond to make it right. An amazing company to support and will be using them in the future! Also it’s hard to believe an online order “special instructions” box was actually read on my order and they completed the letters in gold as requested.
Simple fast ordering and fast turn around for custom work. This is my 2nd hat from them.
Wonderful quality and fairly fast shipping! These hats are wonderful
