I got one as a gift & love it! Later, my shift decided to get one for one of our brothers, who got promoted & had to leave us. Problem is, we were on a short timeline…. No problem for the awesome folks at West Broad. Excellent, timely, friendly communication and they hooked us up BIG TIME!! Our brother absolutely loved the hat, and I recommend West Broad as highly as possible!!!
Always great quality and service !! Hats are comfortable and professional in appearance!
Great experience from order to delivery. Great quality and fit.

Great hat, shows off perfectly what department I’m with and outlet station number. Deputy chief loved it which is always great to hear and it’s being shown to members
Thank you for having a quality product that can be purchased as a single hat.
Great hat and fits amazingly.
Great quality hat.
Beautiful hat
Love the quality of the passport-themed baseball hat. High-quality design and fits great. Will be getting more hats in the future from Westbroad.
As always , the look of the hat is awesome. Everyone I come in contact with in the profession always asks how to order . Very professional appearance instead of the common silk screening
The website is very intuitive, and it's easy to get the look you want with all the different designs and styles. The product came much quicker than anticipated and is a genuine product that looks great and should last through some abuse. I am very impressed and would recommend this product to anybody.
Absolutely a kick ass hat.
This was my first time ordering a hat, like at all. I saw your product and decided I’m going to become a hat guy lol but it turned out amazing and I can’t recommend these guys enough for custom hats
This is my second hat I’ve owned from this company and the comfort and craftsmanship is none other. I love the fact that it’s firemen producing a product for other firemen. It’s a nice touch to the uniform.

Purchased this hat for my husband. Very pleased with your product. Great quality! Will definitely be ordering again soon.
Great embroidering, awesome quality. Could add a coyote color hat and black hose patch.
High quality hat!
2nd Hat from y'all they are great quality and look great as well.
Ordered the hats for some folks who were new to the station that I work at. The quality is awesome, the hats look fantastic. Great quality for the price. The only thing I could critique, and this is in no way negative, is that if you wear a 7 1/4 hat, go for the L/XL. I wear a 7 1/4 fitted hat and I ordered the SM/MD which runs up to a 7 1/4. Its a little tight on my head, but I think it'll loosen up a bit when worn. Keep up the good work guys!
Absolutely love the hats! Cant wait to get some more ordered for gifts and station wear!
Very happy with the hat.
