Mask Bag Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. Promotion Period: Begins 12:00 AM ET July 24, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM ET July 31, 2026.
  2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
  3. How to Enter:
    • Purchase Entry: Each hat purchased from westbroadapparel.com during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry. Multiple hat purchases earn multiple entries (one entry per hat).
    • Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Email giveaway@westbroadapparel.com with your full name and mailing address, subject line “Mask Bag Giveaway,” during the Promotion Period. Limit one free entry per person.
  4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  5. Prize: One (1) WB Mask Bag (approximate retail value $40). Non-transferable, no cash equivalent. West Broad Apparel may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize will be shipped to the winner within 10 days of winner selection, at no cost to the winner. Winner will not be required to attend any sales presentation to claim the prize.
  6. Notification: Winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram DM using the contact info provided at entry, and announced on @westbroadapparel on or about August 1, 2026. Winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.
  7. General: By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. West Broad Apparel Company LLC's decisions are final. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Klaviyo.
  8. South Carolina Residents: This promotion complies with the South Carolina Prizes and Gifts Act (S.C. Code Title 37, Chapter 15), including prize value and odds disclosure and the 10-day, no-cost prize delivery in Section 5 above.
