Ordered my hat. Received a email that it was being processed and was shipped in a very timely manner. Recieved my package was very excited to open it up and have a look. When I opened it up it was a late Friday night. Took one look and noticed that unfortunately there was a misspelling on the shield. Waited till Monday and reached out to the company. Got a response shortly thereafter. Sent a picture of my packing slip and picture of the hat. By the end of the week recieved my replacement with the correction. Customer service was great! Love my hat and got some people around the fire house asking. Definitely going to promote the company. Keep up the great work!
